Automation & AI

Let the boring stuff run itself.

Someone rings while you're on a job, you can't answer, and by the time you call back they've booked someone else. Then there's the admin waiting for you at night: chasing quotes, sending reminders and typing the same replies over and over. I set up systems that handle all of that for you, and put AI on the boring, repetitive jobs, so nothing gets forgotten and you get your evenings back.

The problem

Where your time and money go

01

Missed calls turn into missed jobs

You can't answer when you're up a ladder or under a sink, so they ring the next number on Google. Most enquiries go with whoever gets back to them first.

02

The admin eats your evenings

Chasing quotes, sending reminders, following up invoices and typing the same answers again and again. None of it's hard, it just never stops.

03

Things get forgotten

A quote that never got chased, a reminder that didn't go out, a review you meant to ask for. It's not you being careless, it's too much to keep in your head.

Not sure this is your actual problem? The free review will tell you, even if the answer is "you don't need me".

Who it's for

Is this for you? No worries if not.

I'd rather point you at the right thing than sell you the wrong one.

Yes, if any of these sound like you

  • Enquiries come in and some of them go cold before you reply
  • Admin, reminders and chasing eat into your evenings
  • You've dabbled with AI and never got anything genuinely useful out of it

Probably not, if

  • Hardly any enquiries are coming in yet
  • You want AI to do all the talking to your customers for you
  • You'd rather not change how you handle enquiries at all

Not sure either way? Let's have a quick chat and I'll tell you straight.

Book a call

What you get

The jobs it takes
off your plate.

Missed call text-back

Miss a call and they get a text straight away saying you'll ring them back, so they don't just try the next number on Google.

An instant reply to every enquiry

Someone fills in your form and gets a friendly text and email back straight away, then polite follow-ups in your voice that stop the moment they reply.

Bookings, reminders and invoices

Online booking, reminders so people actually turn up, and invoice chasing that doesn't make things awkward. It all runs without you remembering.

Review requests, sorted

Every customer gets a well-timed nudge to leave a Google review after the job, so the reviews keep coming while you get on with the work.

AI on the boring jobs

Drafting replies and quotes, sorting enquiries, summarising notes and turning one job into a week of social posts. The repetitive stuff, done in minutes, and you approve anything before it goes out.

Everything in one place

Every enquiry, conversation and job in one simple system (a CRM), so you and your team can see exactly where everything's up to, from your phone.

What it costs

Most projects land between £1,495 and £3,995 + VAT to set up, plus PortalOS at £99 + VAT a month to run it on. Fixed quote, agreed before any work starts.

Not sure what you need? Your Marketing Plan maps it out for £495 + VAT, and that comes off any build.

How it works

From first chat to running on its own.

1

Map what happens now

I follow an enquiry and a job through your business and find where time goes, where things get forgotten and where people slip through the cracks. It's usually more places than you'd think.

2

Sort the biggest time-wasters first

I build it in order of what matters most, usually missed calls and replies first, then follow-up, reminders and reviews. From day one, enquiries get a reply before you've even seen them.

3

Put AI on the admin

Then I point AI at the jobs you do over and over, like drafting replies, sorting enquiries and summarising. You approve everything before it goes anywhere near a customer.

4

Train and hand over

You get a system you and your team can use from your phones, and I stay close while you get used to it.

Fair questions

The 'will this annoy my customers?' questions.

Is this going to annoy my customers?

Done right, it's the opposite. A quick reply and a helpful reminder feel like good service, not pestering, and everything's written in your voice.

Will the AI make me sound like a robot?

No, and if it ever does, I've set it up wrong. Every automatic message is written in your voice and approved by you, and the AI works on drafts and admin behind the scenes. Your customers just see a business that's really on the ball.

I'm not techy. Will I actually use it?

That's exactly who I build it for. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this. I set everything up for you, so you're never left staring at an empty screen wondering what to do.

What does it cost to run?

Most projects land between £1,495 and £3,995 + VAT to set up, depending on how much I automate. It runs on PortalOS, my own platform, at £99 + VAT a month. If any AI tools have their own small monthly fee, I'll tell you before we start.

What if I only want the AI bit?

Then we just do that. You might start with AI on one job, like drafting replies or turning one blog post into a month of social posts. If that's all you need, that's all I'll sell you.
