PortalOS · £99 + VAT a month
Everything in one place, for £99 + VAT a month.
PortalOS is my own platform. Your contacts, follow-ups, emails, texts, bookings and review requests, all behind one login. It's what I run my own business on, and it's what I build my clients' systems in.
The problem
Too many tools, none of them talking
Your leads are in four different places
Some in your inbox, some in a spreadsheet, some on a notepad in the van, some in a form that emails you. Nobody can see the full picture, you included.
You're paying for tools that don't talk to each other
A booking tool, an email tool, a review tool, a form tool. Each one fine on its own, none of them joined up, and all of them sending you a bill every month.
Following up depends on you remembering
Which means on a busy week it doesn't happen. People usually go with whoever gets back to them first, so every slow reply is work you never even knew you lost.
Not sure this is your actual problem? The free review will tell you, even if the answer is "you don't need me".
Who it's for
Is this for you? No worries if not.
I'd rather point you at the right thing than sell you the wrong one.
Yes, if any of these sound like you
- You're paying for three or more tools that don't join up
- You want every lead and every conversation in one place
- You want follow-up to happen whether you remember or not
- You'd rather ring a person than search a help centre
Probably not, if
- Nobody's finding you yet, so there are no leads to organise → start with the free review
- Your current setup is already joined up and working (then keep it, honestly)
Not sure either way? Let's have a quick chat and I'll tell you straight.
Book a callWhat you get
What you get for your £99 + VAT
One CRM, every lead in it
Every enquiry, call, text and email saved against the right person, so the whole history is in one place instead of scattered across your phone.
Instant response to new enquiries
A text and an email go out the moment someone gets in touch, in your words, whether you're on a job or asleep. Miss a call, and they get a text back straight away.
Follow-up that runs itself
Messages that chase the quotes that went quiet, so the "not yets" get another go without you feeling like a nuisance.
Online booking and reminders
People book a slot that suits them, then get a reminder so they turn up. No more phone calls to arrange a phone call.
Review requests that send themselves
A request goes out once the job is done, with the direct link, so asking for reviews stops depending on you remembering.
Forms and pipelines
Forms that go straight into PortalOS instead of your inbox, and a simple board showing where every job is up to.
Pricing
One price, everything in it
The platform on its own is £99 + VAT a month, and you run it. If you'd rather it was set up, connected to your website and handed over working, that's the Automation & AI service, with a fixed quote before any work starts.
PortalOS
£99/mo + VAT
A month, rolling. No contract, I just ask for 30 days' notice if you want to stop.
- Everything above, one login
- Replaces a separate CRM, email tool, booking tool, review tool and text messaging
- No contract and no setup fee
- Your contacts and conversations stay yours
- A real person on the end of the phone, and that person is me
How it works
How you get started
A quick chat first
We go through what you use now and what it costs you. If PortalOS wouldn't be better, I'll say so. I'd rather tell you now than take £99 + VAT a month off you for nothing.
Your account, set up ready
I create it, add your details and your branding, and send you the login.
A walkthrough
A screen recording of your own account, so you can watch it again instead of trying to remember what I said on a call.
Then it's yours
Ask me anything, any time. If it stops being worth £99 + VAT a month, give me 30 days' notice and it stops.
Fair questions
The questions people actually ask
What's it actually built on?
GoHighLevel. PortalOS is my own version of it, set up for UK service businesses instead of handed to you blank. I'm not going to pretend I wrote a CRM from scratch, and I'd be wary of anyone who says they did.
So why not just buy GoHighLevel myself?
You can. The reason to get it from me is that it arrives set up for a service business, with the follow-up and review requests already thought through, and there's a person on the phone who knows your business instead of a help centre.
What will it actually replace?
Usually a CRM, an email tool, a booking tool, a review tool and text messaging. Add up what you pay for those now and compare it with £99 + VAT a month.
Do I need the setup service as well?
No. You can run it yourself from the walkthrough. The setup service is for when you want the messages written, your website connected and the whole thing tested before you touch it.
Am I tied in?
No. It's rolling monthly, and I just ask for 30 days' notice if you want to stop. Every month has to earn the next one.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your contacts and conversations are yours, and I'll help you take them with you. I'm not going to hold them hostage to keep you paying.

Is PortalOS your next move?
One call and you'll know whether it's this, something cheaper, or nothing at all. I'll tell you straight.
